NSD Hosting Community Meeting at Gift Lake School on Monday, June 17th

Northland School Division invites residents to a community meeting on Monday, June 17, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Gift Lake School. A dinner will be provided and served starting at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the possibility of expanding the number of grades offered at Gift Lake School. 

During a series of community engagement sessions at Bishop Routhier, Gift Lake, Grouard, and Hillview Schools, Northland heard from parents and guardians who expressed that their children would benefit from graduating in their home communities, rather than being bussed to High Prairie.
